The certificate is only granted to companies in the best AAA and AA classes, attained only by about 10% of all Finnish companies. The classification is based on the Rating Alfa system, which analyses the company's financial and background information and evaluates its probability to fall into payment difficulties or go bankrupt within a period of 3 years.
