Predisys Announces Predisys Analytical Suite v3.9
ESPOO, FINLAND – July 4, 2009 – Predisys Inc., a global provider of Quality Control and Quality Management solutions, today introduced Predisys Analytical Suite version 3.9. The released version features new collaborative statistical process control (SPC) functions and tighter integration with the Microsoft Office System and other Microsoft platform technologies to lower the total cost of ownership even further.
Predisys Analytical Suite is the first statistical process control solution for the Microsoft SharePoint platform. Through a high degree of automation, it helps speed up daily quality operations and processes, and provides easy access to information for all involved parties. - Improved scalability and availability - Predisys Analytical Suite now supports Microsoft Network Load Balancing (NLB) ensuring support for high-volume centralized enterprise data centre solutions.
- Improved visualization – New high-lightning, visual and statistical capabilities allow engineers to easily see trends, patterns, outliers, and unanticipated relationships in manufacturing data with unprecedented speed and adaptability.
- Improved Microsoft Office Integration – New plug-in for Excel enables users to use the SPC functions directly from Excel allowing each user to choose their user interface of choice.
- New statistical functions – The number of statistical functions and charting options supported has been extended, including Measurement System Analysis and Two Way Anova.
- Support for customized workflows – Manufacturing process exceptions can now initiate a work flow process ensuring that appropriate actions are taken according to corporate policy.
- Improved real time capabilities for fully automated, server centric SPC applications
