Online Analytical Engine

Predisys Online Analytical Engine is the core software component of the whole Predisys solution. It’s a leading technology providing unparallel speed for high volume statistical analytics in Windows Server operating system and multiprocessor server hardware platform. This brings new application areas – terabyte manufacturing databases - into the scope of easy to use browser based analytical applications.

The engine enables intelligent analytical and service oriented applications to be built embedded into any manufacturing systems. This capability will transform traditional SPC applications from human actions based model into a more intelligent real time process control applications. Example of this is online automatic monitoring for manufacturing test and inspection systems, delivery accuracy monitoring and control of assembly lines, embedded analytics in assembly automation.

Other application areas for the engine technology are embedded Statistical Process Control applications within Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and advanced Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) applications built on Microsoft Business Intelligence Platform. In this model the engine operates as a seamlessly integrated component within the larger system entity.
