The Predisys core engine technology is built in partnership with leading microelectronics companies like Atmel and Vaisala to enabe concurrent analysis or millions of data points in a matter of seconds. This kind of high performance computing environment can be cost effectively built using standard multi-core processor hardware, Windows Server operating systems and MS SQL Server  2005. When all heavy processing is taking place on the server side, the client workstations will not be burdened with excessive load. The only applications needed on the client for analytics are standard Internet browsers and/or Microsoft Office.
