The Predisys data collection model allows real-time connectivity and integration with existing quality systems and test instrumentation. The Azure IoT platform further bolsters the Predisys agnostic approach to data collection, allowing for edge processing and further upstream visibility while adding even more flexibility from a data source perspective, enabling manufacturers to send data to the Predisys application via simple JSON messages.

Uniquely Connecting Quality Outcomes and Process Inputs

Most corporate SPC implementations are targeting product quality outcomes only. They use data collected from product inspection steps typically at the end of the manufacturing process. Connection between quality outcome and process inputs is difficult to identify.

 

With its partners, Predisys uses the Microsoft Azure IoT and Mission Critical Edge (MCE) architecture together with the latest sensor technologies to build true predictive controls into the manufacturing process.
